RETURN & REFUND POLICY – ANVA COFFEE

We want you to love your Anva Coffee experience.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We allow returns for:

  • Unopened coffee products

  • Damaged or defective deliveries

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Opened or used coffee products

  • Products used or tampered with

2. REFUND PROCESS

If eligible:

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are credited within 7 days after receiving the product.
  • Β Return within 7 days of receiving the product.
