The Platform www.houseofanva.com (“Platform”) is owned and operated by Anva, a sole proprietorship based in Padmanabhanagar, Bangalore, India (“Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Platform, you accept and agree to the Terms of Use outlined here.

We may modify or update these Terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

1. USER ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You agree to provide correct, updated information during registration and purchases.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Initiating an order confirms that you are entering into a binding contract to purchase products from Anva Coffee.

3. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Anva, its owner, employees, and partners from claims arising due to:

Violation of Terms
Misuse of the Platform
Infringement of rights
Illegal activity

4. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier issues, and government restrictions.
